What is Plan Management?
Plan Management is a service which helps you to manage your NDIS funds. This includes the day-to-day administration of your NDIS plan in tracking your fund balances and processing invoices. Plan management enables you to:
- Make decisions about which providers you use. They can be NDIS registered providers OR unregistered providers but your Plan Manager must be a registered provider;
- View your plan on the myplace portal to keep track of your budget.
- Negotiate pricing to pay less than the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue;
- Make value for money decisions in line with your plan;
NDIS Plan Management – how it works
Plan management is the processes involved in organising the financial and administration aspects of your plan:
- Paying suppliers,
- Contracting and paying providers and
- Preparing monthly reports on how your funds are being utilised.
Provided you have a valid NDIS plan, we will take the responsibility of paying your supports and submitting claims to NDIS portal. We will also send periodic activity statements to assist you in tracking your spending.

Who is a Plan Manager?
A Plan Manager is a NDIS registered provider who helps you to manage your plan. A Plan Manager is funded in your plan. Using a Plan Manager allows you to access an unregistered provider easily.
